We currently provide services via private pay and can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance upon request. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards for payment of services.

Referrals

Your insurance company may require a referral from your primary care provider for reimbursement of services when you submit a superbill. Please contact your insurance provider for information specific to your plan.

    We do not diagnose ADD/ADHD, however we do feel it is important to address the symptoms you are experiencing. Whether you have a formal diagnosis or would just like to know more about how your brain works and how to improve your overall cognitive functioning, we’re here to help.

  • How can I pay?

    We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment via credit card is accepted via your patient portal on SimplePractice. Payment is due at the time of service.

  • Where do you provide services?

    We primarily serve Columbia Falls, Whitefish, and Kalispell. We can travel to other locations in the Flathead valley on a case-by-case basis.
